1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FootballPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FootballPro provides a cloud-based platform for football clubs and academies to manage players, teams, sessions, attendance, payments, communications, and safeguarding requirements.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an organisation account
  • Parent/guardian accounts may be created on behalf of minors for enrolment purposes

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Share or expose sensitive player data outside of authorised club contexts
  • Attempt to access data belonging to other organisations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
  • Circumvent any security measures or access controls
  • Upload malicious content or software

5. Data and Content

  • Your Data: You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service
  • Multi-tenancy: Data is strictly isolated between organisations
  • Backups: We maintain regular backups but recommend you also export your data periodically
  • Export: You may export your data at any time via the GDPR data export feature

6. Safeguarding

Organisation administrators are responsible for ensuring their club's safeguarding policies comply with relevant legislation. FootballPro provides tools to assist with DBS tracking, wellbeing monitoring, and secure data management, but does not replace the organisation's safeguarding responsibilities.

7. Payments

  • Payment processing is handled by Stripe, subject to their terms of service
  • Subscription plans are billed as specified at time of purchase
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy
  • You are responsible for ensuring payment methods are valid and up to date

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% service availability. However, we may occasionally need to perform maintenance, and we are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FootballPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
